Dear ------, I am currently looking for a room in the centre of --------. i will be studing at____ and would prefer the room to be within walking distance of --- . i would prefer to share the house/appartment with italian speaking students. I am due to arrive in --- on october 7, i am very interested in the room but have a few questions. Does the price include all expenses including heating? Is the internet available? How close to the centre and the --- is the room>? Who are the other tennents in the appartment? Is is a double or single bed? How much is the deposit? How long is the room available for? Is there a washing machine? I am an english student, female aged 20. I am doing a exchange in -- and would want the room for 9 months. Please email me back I need to find a room quickly!!!
