Why Italy

What date does Italy change there clocks back (daylight savings thing) IT IS NOT THE SAME AS AMERICA?

1. GMT1 but 31mar to 02 or 06 Oct GMT 2 so if its minus11 GMT America at GMT 00:00 its 02:00 in Italy after mar and 13:00 in USA
2. To be honest, I don't think Italy has daylight savings time. I think it was started in America, but I just looked and here is a website you can find that info out on.
3. March 26, 2006 ... and it ends Oct 29, 2006...
