Why Italy
Would an Italian/Meditteranian Man date an Indian (India)-American? See Picture?
I ask this because growing up my mother put it in my head that Italian men are gorgeous...she would sing praises about the beauty of the people in the meditteranian region...so I started thinking that too. She kept telling me that I was no different then them (though physically you can see I am 100% Indian) It made me think why won't they except me. I got heartbroken because it seems they only date light/blonde women. Please, I am very open minded, I know how this might sound. I like myself too, but I love the Italian culture

- You are pretty and if they dont want to date you because you are not blonde then they arent worth your time. I'm blonde and spent time in italy and it is true they do seem to prefer blondes only because it is different. But to me... if someone would just like me because of my hair color than they are too shallow for me. Also I know lots of blondes that like some things about teh indian culture. Be proud of who you are and where you come from.
- If you want an Italian mate, you have to move to where the Italians are. If you move to Italy then I'm sure you will easily find an Italian boyfriend. This goes for any region -- if you want an Ethiopian boyfriend, move to Ethiopia. If you want a Norwegian boyfriend, move to Norway, etc. Other suggestions: It helps if you're Catholic by religion, because most Italians are Catholic. If you're talking about Greek guys, hang out at your local Orthodox church instead. Do you study the Italian language? It would certainly impress them if you could speak Italian fluently. Or Greek, or Turkish, or whatever language the Meditteranean boy you're trying to woo speaks. Learn to cook Italian food like their Italian mamas, too. And I don't mean just generic spaghetti and pizza -- I mean the "authentic" stuff.
