Well, considering that Italian is not a race, I'd say yes.
well I am married to an Italian and I'm south american so what does that tell you ...????? My friends brother is not italian and he is also marrying a girl from Italy .... your stereotyping which can be said for other cultures as well...maybe look up and see some reasons why northern and southern italians have different features and you will also realize even going back (anthropology ) your question has no demerit You'll get a few like that but once again that in many other nationalities as well I have three friend who are in their 30's and are half asian and half italian as well
