Why Italy
Does anyone know the history of the Medin or Sandi families in Padova, Italy?
I recently purchased an old post card at an antique market in Italy addressed to Contessa Elena Sandi Medin, Villa Medin, Torreglia, Colli Euganei (in the Province of Padova). It is dated August, 1902. I have searched the internet and found nothing except that the villa is now called "Villa Immacolata" and apparently belongs to the Catholic Church. I'm looking for pictures or some history about the villa, the contessa, or her family but have found nothing. Thank you!
