Are Men From Italy As Sexy As I Have Been Told?

I have never been to Italy and hope to travel there shortly. Are the men as sexy and outgoing as I have been told? Anything else I should know about dating one over there?

1. They're sexy allright! I went to Italy last year, my first day in Naples a man walked right up to me and kissed me on the cheek and said something in Italian to me all smiles! I didn't understand him to well (my Italian isn't that great) but I understood half of it and it was sweet! He was hot too!!

4. Yes they´re really sexy!!! I met my actual boyfriend there. He´s from Rome. Italian guys dress very well, they´re romantic, sexy, funny. But they like to know women before start a relationship. One date isn´t enough for them.
5. Some are, some aren't...it really depends on your taste! One thing is sure... my American friends find sexy men that are not considered such in Italy... I guess it is because they are exotic by American standards...one thing is sure, though: they are more romantic, dress better and know how to approach a woman... look out, though... they might break your heart afterwards.....
6. Italian people, both male and female, are beautiful and sexy! We have been stationed over here for two years, and I swear I have never seen people this pretty! And they are so nice and sweet! The Italian men are very charming! At first, I thought they were all really big flirts, but that's not it at all....They're just charming and nice! Now don't get me wrong, there are many of those that flirt and make it clear that's what they're doing, but they're never vulgar or rude about it. I've had them blow me kisses or tell make the comment "Bella" or even tell my husband "Bella Moglie," which means beautiful wife...My husbands says thank you, and I blush! I can't tell you much about dating an Italian man, because I haven't done that! But I can tell you that since we moved off base and are now living in the Italian community, we interact with Italians a lot more, and have made many Italian Friends, and I have never seen any of the men disrespect their wives of girlfriends. It doesn't mean it doesn't happen, I have just personally never seen it. I just know that the people here have been wonderful!
7. There not that good really. Of course there will be exeptions but I never met one of these guys. They tend to treat female tourists like meat and exchange them every Saturday.
8. I was in Italy and Sicily in my early 20's. The short answer it "NO", men from Italy are probably not as sexy as you have been told. They are, however, told from birth that they are "special" and treated so, above and beyond their female counterparts. They are men. Just that. No better or worse than any other nationality. They just have that incredible accent. :-)
9. I hope so .. Im heading to Italy next year. Although Ive been told that they hit on anything that moves. I hope it isnt true.
10. I am NOT gay, just comfortable with who I am, and happily married to my JHS Sweetheart, ok? That said, I envy Italian men, I think they are cool, and wish I had been born an Italian man, I like the dudes! :) I hope this helps, since it is a man's perception/perspective! :)

12. I believe the key is that they THINK they are and therefore gain this mystique. I've been told that even the oldest, most slovenly guy there will not feel it a mark on his character to make rude or suggestive noises and remarks and think himself every god's gift to women, and that even young boys will engage in this letchery!! That takes some kind of something but I'm not sure it's exactly "sexy."
13. Umm.... YES! Hello... did you not watch the World Cup? I would say that about 70-80% of them are gorgeous, and the rest you probably wont see because you will be to busy staring at the pretty ones.
