Where can I find vegetarian cheese in Rome, Italy (mozzarella/Parmesan/cheese for sandwiches)?
I am looking for vegetarian cheeses especially mozzarella (for pizza), Parmesan cheese and cheese slices (for sandwiches) which do not contain animal rennet, but instead uses plant rennet or other alternatives. I live in Rome, Italy.
