Moving to Rome - Italy?
Hi I am considering moving to Italy & need to open a personal bank account, does anyone know of any banks in the Rome area which offer personal banking?

- Check with your home bank and ask who they recommend. This is the first step before fielding your question. You may want to bank with a "company" that will allow you transfer funds and or arrange other financial transactions with your home country bank.
- Americans can not open Italian bank accounts its a US law!! You may have to do online banking like we do because we live in Italy.
