4. Garter belts and seamed stockings. They are a great vintage item you can buy online at www.stockingstore.com. To be totally realistic, you should get the stiletto or Cuban heel kind. That's what they wore in the 30's. I wore a 40's vintage dress with seamed stockings to my prom and I got so much attention it was insane.
