Is it true that Italian women are the "sexiest"?

Lately I've been hearing that Italian women are the sexiest. I heard it on the news and from everyone. I ask why and some people say it's because of our eyes. Is it true that italian women are more sexy than others? I don't understand. don't leave me rude answers :] thanks For those of you that think they are considered sexiest then why do you think that?
